1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Clausio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Clausio Is

Clausio is an AI-assisted document drafting tool. It helps you generate documents such as freelance agreements and NDAs based on information you provide. Clausio is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and creates no attorney-client relationship. See our Disclaimer for important limitations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Payments & Refunds

Some features require payment. Prices are shown before purchase. Per-document purchases grant access to download the document you created. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Because digital documents are delivered immediately, sales are generally final; if a generated document fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, contact us for a refund or re-generation.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter and the documents you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide and for how you use any document you create.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create documents for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to misrepresent the Service as legal advice from a licensed attorney. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any document will be accurate, complete, valid, enforceable, or fit for your purpose. See the Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clausio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any document generated by the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
